Return & Exchange Policy

In general, we will support the gear during the rental period during office hour. We provide on site technical support if that is necessary. However, that doesn't include technical supports where the client doesn't understand the usage of the equipment, then we will charge for the technical support separately. In case that the gear actually breaks down in the middle of a shoot, we will try our best to provide backup gear, but only upon availability of them. 


After finished using the gear, all equipment should be sent back to our facility and we will do a basic check of all gears, then we will refund the deposit.
